The research methodology we used for this purpose was the application of a simple text-mining process that allows longitudinal analysis, described as a case study. Although the analyses continue based on the data and tagging described in the paper, the preliminary results based on the measures outlined suggest that longitudinal analysis of Sentiment and Confidence as well as comparison of these across stakeholder groups can provide clues for understanding how the re-architecting process progresses.
