Zeitpunkt und Dauer Bitten Sie Ihre Teilnehmer schon an dieser Stelle darum, während der gesamten Dauer des Meetings dabei zu sein.
1). Schwer zu beeinflussende Meeting-Disziplin Die Gesprächsdisziplin ist schon in persönlichen Treffen ein Punkt, an dem Moderatoren gerne gemessen werden. In der Phase des Einstiegs müssen Sie als Moderator Antworten auf all diese Fragen geben – unabhängig davon, ob diese Fragen (laut) gestellt wurden oder nicht. Vereinbaren Sie gegebenenfalls mit Ihrer Gruppe Regeln, die Ihnen helfen, das Meeting erfolgreich abzuwickeln. 2. Phase: Sammeln Die zweite Phase dient dem Sammeln der zu besprechenden Themen, hier also konkret dem Abstimmen und gegebenenfalls Ergänzen der Agenda.
